Dai Ichi Kihon Techniques
Note:
Class of 4. 2 people were training for the test.
There are so many points that I was not quite doing the way I thought I did.
Actually, the more I train the less I think I know how to do...
Its always fun to find what I can do, what I cant, then I know what and how to work on
...just its always be REMINDED of that.
At least, I dont have to bang my head with a ponytail when I fall backwards is a good thing ; )
