Shomen Uchi Nikajo Osae-1
Shomen Uchi Ikkajo Osae-1

Note:
Class of 2 and me (Mitorigeiko), it was very interesting class to do Mitori after all.
I think I learned a lot by watching...many times it helps a great deal to get an image in my head for what to do/how to do.

During the class, I was remembering that one class that we worked so much on Ikkajo a several weeks ago, I thought I learned a lot then, hope I still remember them...

When I first learned Shomen Uchi Nikajo, I could not even get an idea to relate its initial movement to Ikkajo one...now, at least, I see it even though I dont quite do it. Let's call it a progress and feel good about it : )
