Note:
Class of 6, I went through David and Steven's next test techniques.
The dumbest thing was that I did not remember how Shomen Uchi Sokumen Iriminage works! (did remember the movements) even though, remembering training this technique so many times for the test.
It was very interesting to see 2 different mind set people training together for the new techniques, it is not so hard to see what they were trying to do or not trying to do.
Again, Uke has to be ATTACKING Shite, its easier to resist preventing Shite for doing the technique, that can easily happen with a mind set of being afraid to get hurt. I try not to resist (but to go along) because it hurts more if I do. I think I need to work on changing that mind set to attack Shite until I were spotted in a place I can't go further, once I'm put in that position, I as Uke should start thinking of getting out it / slipping out from it. Its easy to think off the mat, hard to do on the mat... : )
