Note:
Class of 2...Man! So much to work on...I got stuck in every moment for not being able to make any moves even the way "I wanted to"...aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! : P
I was trying so hard to put my body together for the whole time, yet my body was doing exactly the opposite for the whole time...
I felt totally lost and confused towards the end of the class... I felt like my whole energy was hidden inside of me, and I became silent (or at least, thats how I felt). To kill that negative tension, I tried to say something aloud...I think what I said was,"YES, I DO" that volume I made...suprised a hell out of me : P
I guess I lost my balance there. (huu...)
I think John was making a neat circle with his Ikkajo-2.
Ushirowaza Ryote Mochi Ikkajo-1 : I did not get the elbow twist in the right way to let Uke down on knee...and the circle should follow the edge of Uke's balance...and the landing part...
Ushirowaza Ryote Mochi Ikkajo-2 : Stay forward between pivot and pivot, make Uke move before the last pivot
For Ushirowaza Initiation: Punch Strong and Straight Ahead.
Katate Mochi Hijiate Kokyunage-1 : Go forward with front foot, stay low and step in and throw. Hand slightly into Uke's shoulder
Katate Mochi Hijiate Kokyunage-2 : Pivot, dont go too wide, Step forward big and throw,
Hand slightly into Uke's shoulder
Shomen Tsuki Kotegaeshi-1 : Uke comes with punching, so DO NOT wait for the punch to come, go forward and get the upper arm of the punch.
I could flip on both sides, thats pretty much all I could do as the way I wanted to do for the whole class : P
