Note:
Class of 1! I requested to go through Dai Ni Kihon Technique.

WOW!! 27 Techniques, Non-Stop!! It took 40 minutes, and was very hard technically, physically...of course, needs to work on much in details, yet all good stuff : )

Stumpy's Belt... did not go lose at all while mine did like 5 times today.

Hanmi Handachi Katate Mochi Shihonage-1: I still have no right shihonage hand grip, Uke's hand slips out from mine...and I fall as nage part...

Hanmi Handachi Katate Mochi Shihonage-2 : Can make a twist on hands with pivoting, a bit easier to get a hold of Uke, still not tight enough, think my lower body balance should stay steady with stronger knee walking/standing.

Hanmi Handachi Ryote Mochi Shihonage-1 :Don't lose the hands while shifting!

Yokomen Uchi Shihonage-1 : A bit awkward direction yet very neat, try to stay steady...

Yokomen Uchi Shihonage-2 : Strong blocking down to belt height is important.

Suwari Yokomen Uchi Ikkajo Osae-1 : How to make an economical circle to get an elbow...need to work on.

Suwari Yokomen Uchi Ikkajo Osae-2 : Move to the side to block Yokomen, over 180 pivot, pushing the elbow...as walking on knees, throwing circle could be smaller than Tachiwaza, is my feeling working on this one yesterday and today with sensei(s).

Katate Mochi Ikkajo Osae-1 : Bring up and down the elbow...need practice

Katate Mochi Ikkajo Osae-2 : Even more than 1, need practice

Ushiro Ryote Mochi Ikkajo Osae-1 : I like it with punch better, need to work on the egg circle

Ushiro Ryote Mochi Ikkajo Osae-2 : The egg circle and circling to the other direction

Suwari Shomen Uchi Sankajo Osae-1 : Sankajo-1 is good.

Suwari Shomen Uchi Sankajo Osae-2 : Difficult to circle around as Uke, need to learn better how.

Ushiro Ryote Mochi Sankajo Osae-1 : Shifting involves
Ushiro Ryote Mochi Sankajo Osae-2 : Pivoting involves

Katate Mochi Yonkajo Osae-1 : Katate Mochi Ikkajo and Yonkajo...
Katate Mochi Yonkajo Osae-2 : Katate Mochi Ikkajo and Yonkajo...its a long one.

Kata Mochi Sokumen Iriminage-1 :How to make the first twist...is the key
Kata Mochi Sokumen Iriminage-2 :How to make the pivot...

Suwari Yokomen Uchi Shomen Iriminage-1 : couldnt even aim for the spot
Suwari Yokomen Uchi Shomen Iriminage-2 : did not feel so difficult as I did sometime ago, and I want to work on Shomen Iriminage more, I can make it VERY effective (not only just strong)

Katate Mochi Hijiate Kokyunage-1 : Keep the balance, push from the back hip
Katate Mochi Hijiate Kokyunage-2 : Pushing the hand, strong pivot would make the difference..

Shomen Tsuki Kotegaeshi-1 : I did FLIP! means I did find the line to go, need a little bit stretch to do so, still there is a line.

Shomen Tsuki Kotegaeshi-2 : Hip not strong enough as I wanted to do...I almost fell throwing sensei...

Suwari Yokomen Uchi Kotegaeshi-1 : Dont get too excited! Make the "measurement shape" then move on...

Suwari Yokomen Uchi Kotegaeshi-2: Again! Dont get too excited!! Get Uke's hand carefully then move to the next step...keep steady make strong Kotegaeshi by coming up, I need to come up.

Interestingly, Suwari Kotegaeshi Pins seemed making a lot more sense than any other pins, at least for today.

hu...It was a lot to do, a lot to remember : )
