Note:
Class of 1! The whole Jiyuwaza Practice class.

I was totally exhausted after 30 mins of practicing Jiyuwaza only going through 2 sets... and still easy to trap into my thoughts for what to do, and what I can do...it takes time :)

Throw, Zanshin, Kamae, Move forward...

It was a great class, being able to have sensei's focus all on me ;) Although it could be the hardest one to keep going for 90 mins! The toughest part was to push myself getting up and go forward...when I'm having Kangeiko effect...after an hour, I wanted to stay on the mat and sleep when I was thrown, I actually failed a few times to attack him as Uke...Kangeiko is hard, even though I know most of the techniques : )

Another week to go!
