Note:
Class of 5, it was another cold morning!

Roland sensei's class: during warm ups, seeing sensei in shomen...there was a flash back of him and me doing push-ups (50times!) on Friday...funny thing is that it did not come back once until I saw him being in the same position this morning ; )

Shomen Uchi Ikkajo: Suriashi, suriashi, suriashi

Suwari Yokomen Ikkajo-2: I was not sure how much pivoting and shifting was needed, but I "think" it can be a not-so-big turn for suwariwaza Ikkajo-2, yet you ckan make it strong if you can make the right circle...have to ask later. this was fun♪

Hiji Mochi Ikkajo-2: Men! My shoulder was so twisted ALL THE WAY! If you get this one right, there is no escape line for Uke...My elbow turns Uke's shoulder. COOL♪

Ushirowaza Ryote Mochi Ikkajo-1: Ikkajo-1 can get as stronger as your Suriashi, moving with hip...no hiding points. Egg circle = Shumatsu Dosa circle

Shomen Uchi Ikkajo-2: Over 180 PIVOT makes it all...mine is still 178 or less...
185 Pivot, 185 Pivot, 185 Pivot...

Ushiro Katate Eri Mochi Ikkajo-2: Took me some time to figure, turning shifting pivoting...basically same as Ryote Mochi movements, this one involves (requires) punching, it makes sense, and its cool and all...I just could not keep Ikkajo Shape all the way, my balance is not strong enough...

Huu.......again, it was a lot to do in one class : ) I was losing focus about 7:30, started making mistakes...tried saying my Kiai bigger to keep my focus on myself, found sounding like screaming...Oooooops... ; P

2 hours of full focus, not so easy, yet its all good stuff : )
