Shumatsu Dosa-2

Technique:

Katate Mochi Shiohonage-1
Ryote Mochi Shihonage-2
Hanmi Handachi Shihonage-1
Shomen Uchi Shihonage
Yokomen Uchi Shihonage-2

Class of 5, Kangeiko has started! It's my third intensive training. We get to train so many techniques for the agenda for the day everyday : ) We did 5 for Shihonage today.

Shomen Uchi Shihonage: Migi Hanmi, 180 pivot & bring Shomen Uchi down, get the hand from below and bring to 90 degree angle by making a suriashi step, step forward to get Shihonage position, Hiriki no Yosei-2 shift, and Throw.

Yokomen Uchi Shinonage-2: Stepping aside to block Yokomen by the belt level, cup Yokomen hand with blocked thumb and index finger then make 180 pivot, Hiriki no Yosei-2 shift, throw.

Kangeiko / Shochugeiko have same schedule to cover basic techniques along with the same teacher order, however it started with Michael sensei teaching this time.
Although I dont have so much precise memory of the way teachers taught these courses last year since I was too busy trying the right moves for all the different techniques, it would be interesting to see the different points I would learn each time from now on as I know many of them and can try making the difference, I think the teahcer order change would help me to remember the course a little better. : )

Tomorrow, Ikkajo!
