I like "JO", you can go either forward or backwards with it. Very very cool stuff.
Last 20 mins, Techniques in Kagari geiko. Sensei doesnt do "EASY" no matter what, which is "the way"...to give 100% of what you have is also a part of training, I think I know this for a while now, yet I seem like finding it as a fresh reminder whenever I realize it on the mat.
