Class of 10. I trained with brown belts, who are getting their Shodan test this year, for basic techniques, then we all did Kagarigeiko for Jiyuwaza practice. Sensei tells us "relax" all the time for anything, and "people dont listen to me"...that sounds familiar to me ; )
Sensei showed us "Sleeping Ikkajo" it did not hurt but Uke could not move. He claims that he is too old to do "hard way" any longer... I dont see it exactly soft but he sure is solid. I guess he knows what to do or what not to do.
An hour and half went very quickly.
