Note:

Sugar and Me with Stumpy : )

The regular training is BACK! Its worth going through Embu Training, and I did have a great experience being Sensei's Uke, I sure leanred a LOT! yet I find my brain has not been functioning quite as it used to , or as much as I hope to...so Training with more variation is good to have back : )

I just need more and more time to practice simple techniques like Shomen Irimininage-1, or complicated techniques like Ushiro Ikkajo-1...or...pretty much everything.

Jiyuwaza Practice as Shite: Pivot...does it a lot.

YES!! The first time flipping from Stumpy's Udegarami! and Shihonage Kuzushi (only left side!)
I guess to let go of fear to be thrown and being hurt is to be thrown a LOT... Today, I tried to breathe more, then fotgot what to do...Brain so easily get stuck!
