Note:
Class of 4, I was tired from the beginning of the class... ; ) and it was Sokumen Iriminage, which I find it very very difficult, or it even feels like get more difficult every time I do it...
Boy! that Hiriki no Yosei (with long pause) was hard! My mind was saying, "really?, really?" while we kept in positions. Now, I'm in a phase for finding the way to make Hiriki no Yosei-2 stronger, meaning I find it mine so weak...1 is still difficult, yet i can see the way to move from the back better...
I suck the most with sokumen iriminage-2 with any attack...I sucked again, I train again...
The last 30 mins, the only thing I could do was to get up and do the technique...I had no choice being unable to think of anything else...then it was over : )
It was a long day, yet it was a good day : )
