Note:
Class of 4...still someone was missing...ah...the big guy!
We had a quite nice class going through Embu techniques...I think... : )
Its just good to train with 4 of us together, which somehow doesnt happen so often this year...
I simply think its so worth doing, even by getting up insanely early...
Sokumen Iriminage-2: I dont really remember having so much trouble training for the test ( I might have said the same before...) but I feel like I have no clue everytime I do it...
Kata Mochi Ikkajo, Katate Mochi Yonkajo: These are really neat techniques, I like them both! They are quite challenging, yet its also quite effective without hurting uke so much, or even at all ; )
Flip, flip, flip...flip, flip, flip...still, have to make up my mind when I do it, yet its getting better.
