Embu Training

Dai Ni Kihon Techniques

Jiyuwaza Practice (Uke)

Note:
Class of 7...the last training before Embu!

As for myself...I felt I was doing better on Friday, yet tried not to think about it or worry about it, nothing would change the fact that whats gonna come ; )

Although...there was a BIG progress on Jiyuwaza, I was able to flip from Udegarami for the first time!!! Or...it was more like Roland sensei made me flip after throwing me with Udegarami like 5 times in a row ; P I asked him for a jiyuwaza practice for the tanto session, even though we said, "lets do it slowly and little bit", I ended up ran out of everything to attack him...as I was running out of energy to do anything else, I couldn't help thinking of "man, he's good!"
For that Udegarami 5 times in a row, I felt the difference in each time, so I could make the difference in each time, and I was able to flip the last 2 or so...super tiring and super amazing practice. According to sensei, there are ways to control your body running out of energy during those hard sessions. (Well, senseis do manage that, so it must be true) the tips are...to relax, breathe as much as you can...I will learn it : )
