Jiyuwaza Practice from Katate Mochi
Ikkajo
Nikajo
Shiho Nage
Shomen Iriminage
Kotegaeshi (had a question about this, so had to wait till Roland senei showed)
Note: Class of 3, John's away, no teacher.
I dont like not having a teacher for the class. hope it wont ever happen again.
2 bruises from just practicing Jiyuwaza. We tried to do the same techniques for each time to make it more effective, and precise.

Sorry for not being at the class Saori. It was unavoidable.
Some words of wisdom were given to me by one of my instructors that I would like to share with you:
"Mat time is always valuable. Whether you are alone, with a partner, in a group, being taught or teaching, every moment you spend on the mat is time you can spend learning. Don't waste it."
Osu!
Indeed, mat time is always valuable, I cant agree with it more...
What I said, how I said here was a note "to remember" what happened, how I felt, literally it wasn't the exact way.
Thanks for sharing, and I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
-Saori
