Non-Jiyuwaza Day, Yey!
It doesnt mean I dislike Jiyuwaza, its just so much to do without "trying to think", so its nice to be able to train basic techniques step by step.
Katate Mochi Yonkajo Osae: I tried to go through this one in my head sometime ago, I had NO IDEA even how to start... Today, we learned!! Its like a mix of Katate Mochi Ikkajo and Yonkajo!!
How to do Uke is a big something to work on...Yokomen Uchi Shiho Nage...you want to be a good uke, otherwise you easily get hurt!
