Note:
Class of 2, Black Belts and me! Worked on a lot of details! I requested to practice falling without losing my head, and flips.
Need to work on Kihon Dosa. Stay lower, keeping back straight.
Hiji Mochi Sokumen Iriminage: Dont try to push Uke down, turn an arm around and go forward with pushing the back leg from the hip.
Tenchi Nage tip was the coolest!
Shomen Iriminage from Katate Mochi: Take Uke off the balance by bringing the hand up and making the circle, then move to throw (there is a direction to go, which I can sometimes find)
Ryote Mochi Kotegaeshi: I was too busy trying to get out of the pain twisted arm, and not so be able to feel if how I was pushed/ pulled with kotegaeshi.

Hi Saori,
Your blog comment on the pain of your twisted arm made me write an entry in my blog. Read it and see what you think.
Osu!
Honey
Hi Honey,
I started being Uke by not resisting but not going along too much with Shite cuz I soon found it hurts more if I resist. Yet, I'm also keen to learn HOW it works on my body, so I try to hold to tap until the last minute, sometimes I fail doing it at the right times and get more pain than I mean to experience. I think its one of the things I have to learn to "be aware".
Since we started training for Jiyuwaza, I so found I have fear to get hurt beyond the pain if I can't do "Uke" right. I think its time for me to try going forward and aggressively get out of it as Uke instead of just "to see what happens and let it happen".
On the other hand, it might works better the other way around as Shite...maybe...
