Another "Thompson 'its good to be hard' Class" again... I think he's getting harder (or even harder) , and enjoying it more.
Hiriki no Yosei-1, I wanted to collapse...way too hard on my thigh and knee, did not even have any space to make it better or any other way except going lower when I was told to do.
Hiriki no Yosei-2, somehow its easier pain wise with legs or knees, yet still having difficulty making it more strongly with elbows.
The same 1 hours of time, One person ( a teacher) makes a huge difference, amazing.
