Kata Mochi Hijishime-2: I call it the technique I never remember training even I did it for my first test. : ) I just can not capture any memory of training this one, that happened only less than a year ago...
While David and Jimmy quietly training on the other side of the mat, Drew and I made quite some noise doing the exact same techniques...interesting result.
For Forward Rolling, I was better on last Saturday. For Nikajo, definitely better than 2 months ago. Need to fix Back Roll not just to make it better, also try to avoid hurting my shoulder.
Another Wednesday...kinda quiet, valuable training session : )
