Well, Sensei missed the class again...I was not sure if I could get up to make the class on Friday, so I was going to go if it was not TOOOOO hard to do by setting only one alarm. When I heard "I just called to say I love you" from somewhere, I seriously thought "What Stevie Wonder has got to do with my precious SLEEP!", then I realized it was my alarm : )

Then, I got to the dojo and was sitting in Seiza to start the class properly even it was for all by myself, then at the last minute, Jimmy showed! I was going to spend most of time on Kihon Dosa, so we did... I started thinking what to do after going through all of them once...with Jimmy...cant show him things, its way too hard for me to explain and do the techniques with him at the same time...ummm...so we did the whole set of Kihon Dosa again! And what I found was...you can easily get lost within yourself if you are counting Ichi, Ni doing Kihon dosa...You dont really think about "how far is this gonna go?", and what you can do is just keep going and going and going.....wow...
Of course, no one was watching my movements, I must have done it less effectively, still it was a bit scary and great feeling to know!

I was glad Jimmy stayed the whole an hour with me too! I liked his Nikajo "touch" : )
