Basic:
Hiriki no Yosei-2
Hiriki no Yosei-2 with partner
Technique:
Shomen Uchi Hijiate Kokyunage-1
Suwariwaza Shomen Uchi Hijiate Kokyunage-2
Ushirowaza Ryote Mochi Hijiate Kokyunage-1
Note:
Class of 7, Sensei's choice...Hijiate Kokyunage!
Man! Hiriki no Yosei-2...gets more difficult as I do more...right now, I am having the hardest time with this one...I can not feel where I should weight my balance on...theoretically, I know, but my body doesnt. Sensei fixed my back and front leg/knee position...the width stayed the same but goes so forward with front knee!!!
I was surprised since it got so much harder!! above the knee...it must be the better way...
Suwari -2 techniques require a neat 180 pivot on knee...which takes practice.
For Ushirowaza...it SEEMS easier to see the movement once you start seeing the circle for each technique. I dont know if i am right or not, its just the way I feel.
Shomen Uchi Hijiate Kokyunage has neat circle line. This technique can be done very very quickly, so Uke has to be prepared to be thrown in like a second. : )
Also, I'm working on flips, or still...not to just flip out, but to make a circle as the way I want to...sometimes higher, sometimes further... I expect this to take sometime, the first step of my flip took about 6 months just to get the feeling of "I can flip!"... to be in control of flipping requires "speed", I think...I think now : )
