Class of 2, I expected the class to be the test training, yet it turned out to be a beginner's class, very very interesting Ikkajo session : )
Hiriki no Yosei (after my balance being fixed by Sensei) got me........so much pain with the thigh!!! It was totally new sensational way to use muscle I felt using...wondered if I weighted correctly but did not get a chance to ask...maybe later.
Ikkajo doesnt have so much movements, yet it has so much to work on to find the fine line/point. Working on 3 was very much fun and valuable.
