Basic:
Tai no Henko-1
Tai no Henko-2

Hiriki no Yosei-1
Hiriki no Yosei-2

Shumatsu Dosa-1
Shumatsu Dosa-2

Technique:
Katate Mochi Sokumen Iriminage-1
Shomen Uchi Ikkajo Osae-1

Jiyuwaza Practice (Katate Mochi)

Jiyuwaza (Uke) 5 hard throws.

Note:
Class of 4, very focused on kihon dosa and basic details.

I just have to trust that it comes with training, I sometimes feel I dont even know what I'm supposed to do esp. with Kihon Dosa. Its easy to get lost in mind, so I try to trust the theory.

Still having a hard time falling backwards... with Sokumen Iriminage, not so much with Shomen Iriminage. For Ikkajo, the more I do it, the more I like it : )

So many flips in a day, so much fun...just got very tired at the end : )
