Basic:
Hiriki no Yosei-1 with partner
Hiriki no Yosei-2 with partner
Technique:
Ushirowaza Ikkajo (4 patterns)
Ushirowaza Shihonage (same 4 patterns)
Ushirowaza Kotegaeshi (same 4 patterns)
Note:
Class of many. I dont think I understood any of the things I was supposed to...it was another non basic class...and it went very quickly, so if you dont get it, you never get it..i think thats how these classes work. Sensei showed us how to do it, yet it involves lots of "skipping basic movements" to make it work, I tried hard, and the person I worked with stayed with me with patience...yet I got stuck so many times!! Even though, it was interesting to participate, I hope I will do better the next time : )
Seeing so many black belts on the mat, got me thinking how long they have been doing... there are so so so many : )
